なんとか時間ギリギリでオープン。

We rushed to make it for open hour.

けれどもオープニングイベントにゲストオブオーナー現れず。

待つこと１時間、結局来ませんでした。

But Guest of honor didn't appear.

Wait for about 1 hour, he didn't come in the end.

日本や協力隊の紹介の展示のためリビングストンにきました。

これで３回目のリビングストン。

I came to L/Stone to prepare the exhibition

about Japan and JICA volunteers.

This is my 3rd times to come to L/Stone.

ネットの調子が悪くて、旅日記途中ですが。。。

金曜日のミュージアムでの出来事。

たまには華やかに。

キレイはニャンジャ語で「ワムシ」と言うそうです。

オカピ。

最近いろんなことがリンクしてる気がする。

kalambo falls

翌日はザンビア１、アフリカで２番目の落差があるKalambo fallsへ。

The next day we went to Kalambo falls it's the highest fall in Zambia,

the 2nd highest in Africa.

ボートを降りると地元の子供たちのお出迎え。

Getting off the boat, local children welcomed us.

なかなか険しいトレッキング。

It was steep trail.

Kalambo falls。

こんなに険しい道だと思わずサンダルで来てしまったおかげで、

ソールがはがれてしまった。

I didn't expected such a steep trekking, so I wore just sandal.

Therefore the sole was came off.

帰りも熱烈な見送り。

The kids saw us off so much.

結局TAZARA待ってKasamaへ行くことを諦め、

Kasamaの二人は着の身着のまま、ミニバスで移動。

猛烈な砂埃の嵐の中を突き進むこと数時間、船に乗ること３０分。。。

At last we handed up to wait for TAZARA and to go Kasama.

The two of us from Kasama haven't prepare to go to next destination,

but we got on minibus.

The minibus pushed ahead through the sand storm for several hours,

then we jumped on boat for 30 minuites.

Lake Tanganyika到着。まるで海。

We arrived at Lake Tanganyika. It's just like sea.
